BC省細城市Langford同Kelowna包辦頭兩位，Langford以房屋及人口增長、舒適氣候、自然景觀等優勢居榜首，排第四的紐省小鎮Bathurst按揭供款平均只需$471，而安省觀光小鎮Niagara-on-the-lake排名第六。
