Thank you for communicating with the University of Ottawa. We would have to see the work permit before confirming for sure but yes, we do accept some work permits. If accepted, the student would qualify for the domestic tuition rate. Please note that open work permits are not accepted. In most cases, the student is the child of the person holding the work permit. In such cases, we require a copy of the work permit, plus a document proving the parental link. We can accept a birth certificate or an affidavit.
